• As coal flows from feed box weir onto the stainless profile deck, the design discharge angle slows the flow, promoting a dramatic improvement to the recovery of magnetite and fines classification through the profile deck.
• Dewatered flow feeds to banana and horizontal screens with as much as 80 percent of recovery classification prior to spray washing and final screening. This results in a cleaner separation and final magnetite wash, improving screen efficiency.
• CTI Sam-1 Static Screen eliminates Sieve Bend rotation and screen impact wear and effectively reduces maintenance and cleanup.
